1. Service Description
Tidua ("the Service"), operated by Interon, provides website auditing tools that analyse web pages for AI readiness, SEO, and structured data compliance. The Service generates recommendations and scores based on automated analysis.
2. No Guarantee of Results
The Service does not guarantee any specific ranking, positioning, or placement on search engines, AI language models, or any other discovery platform. All scores, recommendations, and suggestions are advisory in nature and represent best-practice guidance based on current industry standards. Implementing recommendations does not ensure improved rankings or visibility.
3. Advisory Nature
All audit results, fix suggestions, code snippets, and content recommendations are provided as suggestions only. They reflect automated analysis of publicly available web content and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation. Tidua is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from implementing or failing to implement its suggestions.
4. Credits & Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based billing model. Credits are consumed per page audit. Purchased credits never expire. Free credits (3 per month) reset every 30 days. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change with notice.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to audit only websites you own or have authorisation to analyse.
6. Intellectual Property
Audit reports generated by the Service are yours to use. The Service itself, including its algorithms, interface, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Interon.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
